[AR] AR_SU_PENDING_GL_TRANSFER(PERIOD_NAME=Oct-11)

User 說，關閉 AR 期間時出現錯誤訊息「AR_SU_PENDING_GL_TRANSFER(PERIOD_NAME=Oct-11)」。AR 我沒維護過，負責的大姊請假，就遇到期間不能關這種大事，麻煩了 ...




這種時候就要保佑公司有花錢簽 MA，至少還有 Metalink 可用。 It is BUG again!

Metalink 找到兩種說法

1. In the Transactions form when a transaction is created and completed with a transaction type which has the 'Post to GL' checkbox selected  and later the transaction is uncompleted and transaction type is changed to the one which has the 'Post To GL checkbox' not selected then accounting events for the invoice remain unprocessed with Incomplete status.
   
2. When a user creates a Receipt/Transaction from respective UI, the distributions are populated in XLA. On deletion of Receipt/Transaction the respective distributions of XLA not get refreshed precisely.

    不管事哪一種情形，都要靠 Oracle 提供的 Data Fix Script, del_orphans_xla_120.sql

    這種 Datafix 不知道有沒有 Copy Right 的問題，還是別讓在 Internet 的好，就讓他乖乖的躺在我的 hard disk 吧
